We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing and PR Specialist. In this role, you will craft engaging content and develop marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, PR, digital advertising, and targeted B2B campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive business growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences effectively, using various methods including organic and paid marketing, media buying, SEO, SEM, PPC, and other.
  • Define and implement social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels to ensure timely and effective communication with audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to create compelling content for presentations, social media, PR, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, make reports on performance metrics, use data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with media, clients, partners, and audiences, acting as a community builder.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, product launches, campaign reports, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in marketing, PR, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Contribute to enhancing our service offerings and client satisfaction through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of marketing and sales principles.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Curious about new trends and technologies, and eager to understand the core of the products we advertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly within B2B environments
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and email marketing systems.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with web content management systems like WordPress
  • blend of PR and advertising skills to create cohesive campaigns that resonate across different channels.
  • Strong skills in content creation and the ability to adjust content to the target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive can-do attitude and great English.

Nice to have

  • Industry-Specific Experience: Previous experience in the tech industry is an advantage.
  • Influencer Marketing: Experience in managing relationships with influencers and leveraging them for brand promotion.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
